Larin touched on the physical demands of professional football, explaining that his life is centered on recovery and preparation. He noted that while he has dealt with hamstring and quad injuries at Feyenoord and Beşiktaş, these setbacks only lasted two to three weeks.

His pre-match routine involves activation, massages, and mobility exercises before warming up. He follows a strict order when dressing, putting on his socks first, followed by shinpads and then his boots. He also noted that his teammates at Southampton have been great since his arrival.
