Fight 4 Mental Health boxing showcase set for Mr. Olympia Weekend

Fight 4 Mental Health will debut at the 2026 Mr. Olympia Weekend in Las Vegas with amateur boxing, wellness discussions and fan activities.

The Fight 4 Mental Health Boxing Showcase will debut on September 25 and 26, 2026, at the Las Vegas Convention Center during Mr. Olympia Weekend. The two-day event will combine sanctioned amateur boxing with fitness activities and discussions focused on mental health.

The showcase is being presented with Mr. Olympia, the World Boxing Council and USA Boxing. Fight 4 Mental Health founder and WBC Ambassador Egypt Brown is leading the project, with backing from Center Ring Boxing, Konquer Club and Knucklehead Boxing.

The boxing programme will feature ranked amateur fighters and prospects with Olympic-level ambitions. Competitors from Las Vegas and other West Coast areas are expected to use the event as a platform to gain experience and exposure under established trainers and boxing figures.

Mental wellness will be central to the showcase rather than an issue kept separate from competition. The organisers want the event to address anxiety, depression, pressure and resilience, including the challenges athletes face during training and before they enter the ring. Their message is that seeking help should carry no stigma and that mental health can require the same ongoing attention as physical preparation.

A F4MH Wellness Panel will bring together combat sports legends, champions, athletes and wellness advocates. Discussions will examine difficult periods, personal pressure, adversity and the methods participants have used to manage those experiences. The programme is intended to make conversations about mental health more open and relatable for athletes and fans.

The Fight 4 Mental Health Fan Zone will add physical challenges, athlete meetings and an interactive Shadow Boxing Competition. Those activities will give visitors a way to participate while connecting the fitness audience at Mr. Olympia Weekend with boxing and combat sports. The event’s longer-term aim is to link sport, entertainment, health, fitness and community work, with mental wellness support promoted before problems reach crisis point. Corporations, consumer brands, healthcare organisations and community leaders are being invited to take part through sponsorship, VIP experiences and other involvement opportunities.
