Iddrisu Baba nears free transfer to Partizan Belgrade

Ghanaian midfielder Iddrisu Baba is close to completing a move to Serbian side Partizan Belgrade. The 30-year-old defensive midfielder is expected to join the club on a free transfer following the expiration of his contract with Spanish outfit UD Almeria.

The experienced player is poised to sign a three-year contract with the Black-Whites. This move marks a significant transition in his career after several seasons spent playing in Spain. Baba leaves Almeria after a three-year period with the club, which he originally joined in 2023.

Before his time at Almeria, Baba established a strong reputation in Spanish football through a long tenure with Mallorca.
