Bayern Munich midfielder Aleksandar Pavlovic has expressed his ambition to become a player who dictates the tempo of matches. He aims to lead through his performances by projecting authority and composure on the pitch.
Pavlovic wants to play with courage and demonstrate his capabilities to the world. His goal is to take control of games and work tirelessly to integrate his teammates into the play. He intends to show that he is unafraid of any opponent while making the game his own.
The midfielder has already gained recognition as a premier deep-lying passer. During the 2025-26 season, he achieved the highest passing accuracy rate of any player competing in Europe's five major leagues.
His professional rise started with a Bundesliga debut on 28 October 2023, appearing as a substitute during an 8-0 win against Darmstadt 98. He provided his first league assist for Harry Kane in a 4-0 victory over Borussia Dortmund one week later. Following these appearances, he earned his first league start against Heidenheim and made his Champions League debut against Copenhagen on 29 November 2023. He scored his first senior goal in January 2024 against Augsburg.
Due to his rapid development, Bayern Munich secured his future with a contract extension that runs until June 2029.
