Kurosawa and Henrique set for strawweight bout at ONE Fight Night 47

Ryohei Kurosawa and Fabio Henrique are scheduled to compete in a strawweight MMA bout at ONE Fight Night 47. The event is set to take place on September 4 at the Lumpinee Boxing Stadium in Bangkok, Thailand.

Kurosawa enters the matchup with a professional record of 20-6. The Japanese fighter is currently attempting to break a two-fight losing streak. His most recent setbacks came in defeats against Keito Yamakita and Bokang Masunyane. Before this period of consecutive losses, Kurosawa had achieved a six-fight winning streak. A victory over Henrique would serve to return him to the win column and help him rebuild his standing in the division.

Henrique holds a record of 15-2 and aims to maintain his upward trajectory in the ONE Championship strawweight division. His last appearance in the cage was in May, where he secured a stoppage victory against Yosuke Saruta.
