PSV Eindhoven linked with senior promotion for Keziah Oteng-Mensah

The 18-year-old Germany-Ghana striker currently at PSV U21 is being linked with a move to the club's Eredivisie first team.

PSV Eindhoven is being linked with a move to promote Keziah Oteng-Mensah to the club's senior Eredivisie squad. The 18-year-old centre-forward is currently playing within the club's development structure for the U21 side.

Oteng-Mensah arrived at the Dutch club on 12 August following a move from Frankfurt U19. That transfer was completed for a reported fee of €250,000. The striker is currently committed to the club under a contract that runs until 30 June 2029.

The forward's pathway to the first team comes shortly after his arrival in the Netherlands. He has yet to make an appearance for the PSV U21 team during the current season, with the available statistics showing no starts or minutes played in the campaign so far.

Born in Frankfurt am Main, the player holds both German and Ghanaian nationality. Standing at 1.85 metres tall, the centre-forward is noted for his ability to use both feet effectively in front of goal.

His career progression involved joining the Rodelheim academy in 2018 before moving into the Frankfurt youth system. This move to PSV placed him in the Keuken Kampioen Divisie, where the U21 side competes.

If the move to the senior team materialises, he will step up from the second team to the Eredivisie. No specific timetable or transfer fee has been attached to the reported interest in moving him into the first-team setup.
