PSV sign Keziah Oteng-Mensah from Frankfurt for €250,000

PSV U21 have completed the signing of 18-year-old German-Ghanaian striker Keziah Oteng-Mensah from Frankfurt for a fee of €250,000.

PSV have completed the signing of Keziah Oteng-Mensah from Frankfurt for a fee of €250,000. The 18-year-old centre-forward joined the Dutch club's U21 side on 12 August 2026.

This transfer marks the first time the striker has played outside of Germany. He moves from Frankfurt's under-19 squad to join the development team of the Eindhoven-based club, which competes in the Keuken Kampioen Divisie. The move provides Oteng-Mensah with his first opportunity to play in Dutch football.

Born in Frankfurt am Main, Oteng-Mensah is eligible to represent both Ghana and Germany. The 1.85m tall forward is capable of playing with either foot and primarily operates as a centre-forward. His physical profile and versatility are expected to aid his transition into the PSV U21 squad.

His footballing journey began in the youth system at Rodelheim before he moved to RW Frankfurt in 2018. He spent two seasons with RW Frankfurt before joining the Frankfurt youth setup in July 2020. He eventually progressed from their U17 side to the U19 team on 1 July 2025.

Oteng-Mensah leaves Frankfurt following the conclusion of the 2025-26 season. He now joins the PSV pathway designed for developing young talent, where he will work within the Eindhoven club's structure for emerging players.
