Refunds for Play-Off Final tickets and booking fees have started
The club has begun processing Play-Off Final ticket refunds, with all payments expected to be completed by Monday 8th June.
The process of returning funds for Play-Off Final tickets has officially begun. This reimbursement includes the original booking fees, and some supporters have already received these payments into their bank accounts.
All transactions are currently being handled. Due to the high volume of requests and the necessary processing requirements, the club expects all payments to be finished by Monday 8th June.
Supporters are asked to refrain from contacting the club regarding the status of their refunds until after Tuesday 9th June. This request is in place to allow time for all pending payments to be successfully received by the relevant accounts.
When reviewing bank statements, supporters should note that some refunds may arrive as split or multiple transactions. Despite this, the total sum of these payments will match the original amount paid for the booking. Furthermore, ticket costs and travel expenses may be issued as separate transactions rather than a single lump sum.
There are specific procedures for supporters who modified their orders after the initial purchase. If a supporter changed their seat location or their age band after buying their tickets, they will automatically receive a refund for the value of the ticket only.
The Ticket Office will manage these specific cases individually. They will contact those supporters who amended their seat or age details separately to provide updates regarding any applicable refunds for booking fees.
