Ruud Gullit names Marcus Rashford best summer signing

Ruud Gullit has identified Marcus Rashford as a potential candidate for the best signing of the summer in the Premier League. The former Chelsea midfielder believes the England international's return to Manchester United could prove highly significant for the club.
