Ethan Brooks nears Durban City move after Greek stint

Ethan Brooks is prepared to return to South African football as he nears a move to Durban City. The 24-year-old midfielder is expected to join the club following a year spent playing in Greece with Panserraikos, where he made 18 appearances last season.

Brooks previously left AmaZulu on a free transfer, a move that occurred despite previous links to Kaizer Chiefs. His return to the Premier Soccer League follows a period of playing for TS Galaxy, providing him with prior experience in the domestic top flight. He has also earned international caps for Bafana Bafana.

Durban City is seeking to strengthen its squad after a poor start to the current season. The club has failed to secure a win in its first two league matches and has also been knocked out of the MTN8.
