Moses Usor shines as LASK beat Austria Wien 4-1

Nigerian winger Moses Usor recorded two goals and two assists in 63 minutes to lead LASK to a dominant 4-1 victory over Austria Wien.

Moses Usor produced a dominant individual performance to help LASK secure a 4-1 win against Austria Wien at the Franz Horr Stadium. The 24-year-old Nigerian winger was involved in all four goals during his 63 minutes on the pitch in the Austrian Bundesliga.

Austria Wien took an early lead through Niama Sissoko in the 9th minute, but Usor responded immediately. He provided an assist for Samuel Adeniran to equalise in the 10th minute before scoring a goal of his own in the 18th minute to put LASK ahead. Usor then assisted Adeniran for a second goal just before the half-time whistle, giving LASK a 3-1 advantage at the break.

Usor completed his productive evening shortly after the hour mark by assisting Christoph Lang for the final goal. His statistical output during his time on the field included three key passes, seven touches inside the penalty area, and three shots on goal.

This performance continues a strong start to the 2026/27 season for LASK. Usor has recorded two goals and two assists in his first three competitive appearances of the new campaign.

The winger's form arrives ahead of the upcoming international window, placing him in contention for a Super Eagles spot under head coach Eric Chelle. His recent efficiency in the Austrian Bundesliga highlights his current momentum within the European leagues.
