The Luckiest named headline sponsor for 2026 Joy Sports Invitational

The Luckiest has been confirmed as the headline sponsor of the 2026 Joy Sports Invitational Tournament. The event is scheduled for Saturday, August 29, 2026, at the University of Ghana Stadium.

The partnership places the gaming company at the centre of an event built around sporting and recreational challenges. The tournament will include activities that require speed, teamwork, coordination and strategy, with participants competing across track events, relays and games.

The athletics programme will feature the women’s 50-metre dash and men’s 100-metre dash. Teams will also take part in a mixed 4x100m relay, a mixed sack relay and the lime and spoon relay. A women’s penalty shootout is also included on the schedule.

Competition will extend beyond the field. Scrabble is part of the programme, alongside a selection of board games and e-games, giving participants different formats in which to compete during the tournament.

The Luckiest is a seasonal lottery operated in partnership with NLA Caritas Lottery. It is described as Ghana’s first seasonal lottery and offers players opportunities to win cash prizes presented as life-changing rewards.
