Las Vegas boxing card set for September 26 after Mayweather-Pacquiao II

A new Las Vegas boxing event is scheduled for September 26, 40 days after its announcement, with its main event still unconfirmed. Indistry Media has named Jose Zepeda and Alberto Machado for the co-main event as it prepares to enter professional boxing promotion.

Zepeda, a former world title challenger, will face Machado, a former world champion. Yokasta Valle, Noamy Valle, Anthony Garnica and Nathan Rodriguez are also set to appear on the card, although their opponents were not provided.

The promotion says the show will have a major headline fight above the confirmed co-main event. That bout is expected to be announced in the coming days, leaving the card’s most prominent attraction unresolved with the event only 40 days away.

The date had previously been linked to a proposed Mayweather-Pacquiao II event at Sphere. Floyd Mayweather later rejected the idea of meeting Manny Pacquiao in another professional contest and characterised a possible return as an exhibition instead. Plans for that rematch subsequently collapsed, with legal disputes expected to follow; those disputes are not connected to Indistry.

Indistry had also been associated with plans for Pacquiao’s return and had considered Netflix among possible distribution options for a Mayweather rematch. A wider Pacquiao programme had been discussed for 2026, while Pacquiao’s proposed exhibition against Ruslan Provodnikov was postponed 48 hours before its planned April 18 date.

The September event now marks Indistry’s own move into conventional professional boxing. The company says it has spent more than a year preparing and intends to launch a dedicated sports division in the coming months, with further investment in boxing planned.
