Southampton urge fans to download Stoke tickets before Saturday

Southampton have reminded supporters to download their digital tickets before Saturday’s 2026/27 home opener against Stoke City at St Mary’s.

Southampton have issued a final reminder to supporters to access their digital tickets before Saturday’s first home match of the 2026/27 season against Stoke City at St Mary’s. The club says tickets can no longer be opened through the Saints Tickets app.

Supporters must now use the Official Southampton FC app to retrieve their tickets. The club has urged fans to complete the process before leaving home and to open the app in advance to check that the ticket is available.

Around 3,000 supporters have yet to download their tickets. Southampton warned that anyone who has not completed the required steps could face problems at the turnstiles, including a significant delay to entry.

A detailed guide explaining how to access the tickets is available to supporters, while further help can be found through the club’s frequently asked questions page. Fans can also contact the Ticket Office by email at [email protected] or by phone on 02381 780 780.

The Ticket Office will open at 9.30am on matchday. Ticketing staff will also be positioned around St Mary’s to assist supporters with ticket-related issues.

Saturday’s fixture will be Southampton’s first home game of the new season, with Stoke City the visitors. The club’s message is focused on completing the digital-ticket process before travelling so that supporters arrive with their tickets ready in the Official Southampton FC app.
