FEMMCO 01 Championship 2026: three finals end 1-0, 1-0, 2-0

Disciple FA, Sharp Striker FA and Rakel Football Academy emerged as the three champions at the FEMMCO 01 International Football Championship August Camping 2026, winning the U10, U13 and U17 finals by 1-0, 1-0 and 2-0 respectively. The final programme was held on Thursday, August 20, at Nawarudeen Playing Ground in Olose.

Disciple FA claimed the U10 title by ending Authority Football Academy’s unbeaten run. Shehu Abdullah scored the only goal in the eighth minute, giving his side the championship and taking his personal tournament total to eight goals in the category.

Authority FA had reached the final without a defeat but could not maintain that record through the decisive game. Their loss handed Disciple FA a major upset and secured the first of the three age-group honours decided at the venue.

Sharp Striker FA followed with a narrow U13 victory over Ultimate Football Club. Michael’s goal separated the teams and delivered the championship to Sharp Striker after a closely contested final.

Rakel Football Academy completed the title-winning line-up in the U17 category with a second 2-0 victory over their group-stage opponents. Rakel had beaten the same team by an identical score earlier in the competition, then repeated the result when the title was at stake.

Rakel finished the event with 19 goals scored and three conceded across seven matches. That record gave the academy the strongest statistical campaign among the three August champions, combining the U17 title with a clear attacking output and a disciplined defence.

The finale also included a novelty fixture between Sharp Queens and Shola FC, which ended 1-1 before Shola FC U13 won 5-4 in the penalty shoot-out. The August programme followed FEMMCO’s April championship, where Sharp Striker won the U13 title, Ultimate FC took the U15 crown and Royaltoms Queens won the female category. Fortune Football Academy were later awarded the April U10 title after Young Gunners’ final victory was overturned because of an ineligible player.
