UFC Sacramento weigh-in lineup set for Hernandez-Rodrigues bout

Anthony Hernandez and Gregory Rodrigues headline the UFC Sacramento weigh-in programme ahead of their middleweight bout on August 23, 2026. The event is scheduled for Golden 1 Center, marking the UFC’s first return to Sacramento since 2019.

Hernandez enters the main event after a defeat by Sean Strickland ended an eight-fight winning run. That setback interrupted a sequence that had moved the American into the middleweight title picture.

Rodrigues brings a three-fight winning streak into the meeting. Two of those victories came by knockout, giving the Brazilian another opportunity to build momentum against a highly ranked opponent in the division.

The card also includes a light heavyweight contest between Reinier de Ridder and Roman Dolidze. De Ridder is returning to the division for the first time as a UFC fighter after previously holding ONE Championship titles at middleweight and light heavyweight, while Dolidze has also competed at the higher weight.

Serghei Spivac faces Vitor Petrino in a heavyweight bout, and Anthony Wint meets Terrance Chatman in another heavyweight contest. Kennedy Nzechukwu and Shamil Gaziev complete the heavyweight matchups listed for the event.

The remaining bouts feature MarQuel Mederos against Mason Jones and Chris Padilla against Nasrat Haqparast at lightweight. Featherweights Jamall Emmers and Lerryan Douglas, along with Márcio Barbosa and Ryan Kuse, are also scheduled to compete. Carli Judice meets Jeisla Chaves at women’s flyweight, while Gauge Young faces Stanley Dorsainvil, Wesley Schultz takes on Jackson McVey, and Shanelle Dyer meets Elise Reed at women’s strawweight.
